1. General Policy
Most of our products are custom-made, made-to-order, or handcrafted, and as such, all sales are final. However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following situations:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was sent
If you experience either issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items (e.g. custom colors, sizes, inscriptions)
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Digital goods (if applicable)
3. How to Request a Return or Replacement
If your item qualifies for a return or replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at vaskebjornforge@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or issue
- A brief description of the problem
- Wait for return approval and instructions. Do not ship items back without approval.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved, we will provide instructions and a return address.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of shipment.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for sizing, color changes, or customer errors, due to the custom nature of our products.
